2012 Awards Ceremony at Boystown WWII veteran Victor Mashbein receiving his second Purple Heart, a Combat Infantry Badge, and a Bronze Star due to the tireless work of Major Isaac Sadler - La Belle Vue Chapter, NSDAR, member and Disabled American Veterans service officer Betty Albanez of Omaha. Mrs. Albanez worked for three long years to see that this veteran was finally recognized for his service to our country.
